Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, I noticed that I became inspired when I listened to the story of others! When I engage with people, I am well-grounded and feel their energy to ensure they experience having a voice. This is because I am aware of my dreams and live life to shine a light that services the development of grit in those who seek solutions.

It is important to know that I am an Alpha woman of integrity. If others have not fostered courage to be integral in the present moment, I am comfortable shining a light on what matters the most while standing alone. I have given birth to Mind Body Answers to serve great Americans and individuals living abroad.

Connecting Legacy & Purpose

The footprints I leave through Mind Body Answers will help managers respond to organizational culture and time sensitive challenges. I ensure all my effort moves with a purpose that fosters change with mid-sized teams. I track one-on-one coaching sessions and blend coaching sessions strategically to ignite change and retention because I believe in having a working relationship with clients. Individual clients and mid-sized teams can experience guided training, increase self-awareness on key areas that must develop, increased accountability to meet strategic goals, and the vision of the organization. I recognize there is a range of services that can positively impact organization. Equally, I empower enterprises to transform organizational effectiveness and maximize the impact of high functioning leaders to leave a global footprint. This is necessary when consciousness and courage must be invited into the space.

Storms of Life

When the storms of life were raging in my life, I was investing in the children and education of our nation to ensure outcomes. The storm of cervical cancer, the storm of fertility and uterine fibroids (a health disparity and issue that plagues African American women), and the storm of economic growth and wealth challenged my efforts to see things through. This required a process to serve as an answer while I strengthened my determination.

The DNA

As I moved beyond windows of ambiguity, I began to share my purpose (increased awareness, increasing opportunities to deepen understanding, leveraging strengths with educators, nurturing potential leaders, and aiding administrators that must further develop themselves). This nudged me to be intentional by ensuring my personal reflection and behavior was a shared purpose for high level leaders presiding over projects, individuals, or mid-sized teams. As result, ABUNDANCE, PEACE and TRUTH  became the DNA of my brand because it inspires and encourages clients. The DNA of Mind Body Answers entails drive and discipline for clients with a competitive nature towards future endeavors.

Fruits & End Results

As a single African American woman, I struggled and experienced challenges and disappointments. I determined important aspects of the tribe (family) to maintain while leveraging the values of my southern rearing. While branding my identity, I gravitated to a safe space with people I could trust in my personal life. These individuals are received as family because they were on my personal journey of becoming an Executive Coach.
